4 / Fix: KMODE EXCLUSION DO NOT BE OFF

The blue screen of death (BSOD) is an error that halts the PC’s operation, displays an error status, and forces the computer to reboot after collecting diagnostic information. The error message KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED usually occurs when you have driver problems

It means that some external or internal hardware connected to your computer is causing driver conflicts that are forcing your computer to crash. In some cases, the error window contains the name of the driver that caused your computer to crash. In other cases, you must diagnose the driver yourself for the problem and turn off / update the driver accordingly.

Solution 1: Turn off quick start

One of the top workarounds for this problem is disabling Quick Start on your computer. Quick start (also called quick launch) works similar to hybrid sleep mode of previous versions of windows. It combines the elements of an air conditioning shutdown and hibernation feature. When you turn off the computer, Windows will shut down all users and close all applications similar to cold start. At this point, the status of the Window is similar to when it is newly started (because all users have been logged out and the applications are closed). However, the system session is running and the kernel has been uploaded.

Windows will then send a notification to the device drivers to prepare for hibernation and save the current system state to hibernate mode and turn off the computer. When you restart the computer, Windows does not have to reload the kernel, system status, or drivers. It only refreshes your RAM with the image loaded in the hibernation file and navigates you to the boot screen. As we can see, Fast Startup includes all the driver modules of your computer and if they don’t work properly, it can cause them to suffer a loss.

Note: This is a potential solution. The workaround is different from the fixes where they provide problem solving. They do not completely fix the problem.

Click on (Windows + R) to launch the Run application. In the dialog panel type dialog and press Enter. This will launch the control panel of your computer.

Once in the control panel, select Large icons and click Source options.

Once in the Source Options, click Select the power buttons present on the left side of the screen.

PRO Tip: If the problem occurs with your computer or laptop / laptop, you should try using Reimage Plus software which can scan archives and replace corrupted and corrupted files. short. This works in most cases where the problem is caused by a system corruption.

You should now see an option that requires administrative privileges called Change Settings is currently unavailable. Click on it.

Now go to the bottom of the screen and uncheck the Turn on quick start box. Save changes and exit.

Solution 2: diagnose faulty drivers

If the first workaround doesn’t work for you, you must manually check each available driver on your computer and see what causes the BSOD. The problem caused by KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED may be that the computer is different from the computer; This is why we list a general solution where you must manually diagnose what causes the error message.

There may be two ways due to an error message; either the problem may be in the services of some modules or it may be linked directly to the device driver. We will cover both potential solutions starting with drivers.

You may need to restart your computer. Check to see if the problem is fixed.

Good luck !!!
